LIAN QING

Lian has had some terrible luck on the ground, but she's still alive, so maybe her luck isn't as bad as she says. She started her career as a simple grunt, and spent her first few years getting tossed around from one bad operation to another. Understandably, this made her skeptical about her commanders, and soon her impulsive nature got the best of her. Lian, along with her squadron, dropped off the map during a skirmish, and popped back up four months later with the contents of a cache, the owner of which is still unidentified (don't ask her where she found it!). With a little quick thinking, Ms. Qing gave most of the cache's contents to a militia group in exchange for an old VTOL. No serial ID -- just a stencil that reads "NARWHAL." Her squad modernized their new bird and fitted it with modular weapons mounts from the black market. She's been adding weapons to it ever since. You should feel lucky that she's on your side.
